For anyone looking to optimize their business or finance, I believe they can massively benefit from a somewhat strict diet and exercise regime.
Originally coming from the fitness/nutrition industry I’m perhaps somewhat biased, but at the same time, knowledge of the unique physiological and psychological benefits that exercise and a healthy diet can provide for the hard working entrepreneur. Anecdotally, it’s clear that when you live a healthy and active life you feel better, have better mood, energy and concentration.
Apart from your health, improved work output and other cognitive benefits the simple feeling of being super healthy, in shape and confident in your own body is something that money can’t buy.
In my eyes, true entrepreneurs strive for the VERY best in life and that should apply that into every aspect of their life. Not just their business and finances, but also their personal lives, relationships, humanitarian acts and of course, health, physique and fitness!
